Kaustuva Dipta Pany appointed jt secy in commerce & transport dept

Bhubaneswar: Kaustuva Dipta Pany was appointed as joint secretary in the commerce and transport separtment. He will continue to serve as commissioner, rail coordination. His appointment was made on the recommendation of the Railway Board of the Ministry of Railways, according to a notification from the general administration and public grievances department. He will serve in the transport department for three years.
