Seven times Donald Trump was left humiliated on live TV

Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin greeted one another as both leaders touched down in Alaska for the 2025 summit. The US and Russian presidents shook hands before travelling together in a limo. Trump says he "won't be happy" if a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine isn't agreed today - but BBC's chief international correspondent says there's no sign Putin has shifted from his goal of "dominating Ukraine".

As talks take centre stage, Trump has expressed he will walk away if things do not go to plan. Express.co.uk. takes an inside look into the seven moments the US president has been left humiliated on live television.

When she quizzed what had "changed" since being a part of Trump's administration, Zeldin argued, "Nothing. The climate has always been changing," he said. "We should not be relying on all of these foreign sources of energy; we should be unleashing energy dominance here in this country."

The statement from a Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson rejected Trump's claim in an interview with Time magazine that Xi had called him, as the world's two largest economies remain locked in a dispute over sky-high trade levies.

"As far as I know, there has been no recent phone call between the two heads of state," Guo Jiakun told a regular news conference. "I want to reiterate that China and the United States are not engaged in consultations or negotiations on the tariff issue."

Trump said in a previous interview when asked if he would declassify the files, he said: "Yeah I would," and in another interview, he stated: "I'd be enclined to do the Epstein files, I have no problem with that."

"And just for the sugar on top here, Politico says, ‘Getting yippy with it,' and Puck says, ‘Un-liberation Day,'" Berman continued.

Trump has provided no evidence to support his allegation, even amid mounting criticism that the removal will undermine trust in the data that is used to gauge the health of the economy and make major policy decisions.

Speaking in June, he said: "Donald Trump became the first president in history to get humiliated by two people at the same time," he said. "With one of them not even being in the room."

"It was the German chancellor's turn to sit beside Donald Trump and humiliate him," O'Donnell said, by correcting Trump's "unlimited stupidity" to his face after the president said D-Day was "not a great day."

He went on to say that moment of "humiliation" was overshadowed by another one as former "first buddy" Elon Musk turned on Trump in a series of posts on social media calling for him to be impeached.
