Cristiano Ronaldo wants to reunite with former Manchester United teammate Mason Greenwood at Al-Nassr, according to reports. The 23-year-old forward was the subject of interest from the Saudi Pro League last summer but opted to stay in Europe with Marseille.
Greenwood completed a £27million switch from United and made an almighty impression in his first season, scoring 22 goals in 36 games in all competitions. He fired Marseille back into the Champions League as the Ligue 1 joint-top goalscorer alongside Paris Saint-Germain superstar Ousmane Dembele.
While Greenwood snubbed Saudi Arabia a year ago, the allure of a renewed link-up with Ronaldo could prove tempting.
According to Marca, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner wants Al-Nassr to keep up with Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal in the transfer market by signing Greenwood.
The former United No. 11 is said to have received an offer from the Riyadh club with Ronaldo's endorsement.
The report adds that he has not yet responded, but Al-Nassr have already bolstered their attack with the £44m signing of Chelsea striker Joao Felix.

Marseille have taken a strong public stance regarding Greenwood's future, with sporting director Mehdi Benatia insisting he is not on the market.
He told 365Scores Arabia: "Greenwood will stay with us. He is not for sale. We want to keep him and consider him a key part of OM's project for the upcoming season."
Marseille manager Roberto De Zerbi has also spoken extremely highly of the one-cap England international, suggesting he is in his plans.
"Greenwood is a natural talent, thanks to his mother and father," the ex-Brighton and Hove Albion boss explained in April.

"I am here to help him become more complete. When he needs a hug or a few supportive words, I will gladly give it.
"When I need to be on him to give more, I will do it. That is my job. Above all, I want to help him be remembered, in this stadium and by these fans, as one of the best to ever play at the Stade Velodrome.
"There have been so many great players here, but I think Greenwood can be remembered like that. I'm trying to help him reach that level."
Despite Ronaldo's reported efforts, Greenwood is expected to remain at Marseille for their Champions League return.
