MP NEET UG Counseling 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) in Madhya Pradesh has published the updated merit list for the mop-up round of NEET UG. This revised list includes 16,494 candidates who are now eligible for counseling for MBBS and BDS programs.
Important Reporting Dates:
Candidates who have been allocated seats in the mop-up round are required to report to their designated medical or dental institutions from November 5 to November 8, 2025. During this period, they must complete the verification of documents and pay the necessary fees. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of their assigned seat and disqualification from future counseling rounds.
Debarred Candidates:
The DME has announced that certain candidates have been barred from participating in the NEET UG 2025 counseling in the state. Additionally, a separate list of 416 candidates who were admitted under the All India Quota and have been excluded from the mop-up and subsequent rounds has been released. Both the merit list and the list of excluded candidates can be accessed on the DME's official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.

Candidates must bring the following documents when reporting for the mop-up round:
- Candidate's Class Certificate (PH/FF/SN)
- NEET Result/Scorecard
- Income Certificate
- NEET Admit Card
- Affidavit of Non-Resident State
- Class 10th Marksheet
- Domicile Certificate (Madhya Pradesh)
- Class 12th Marksheet
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Seat Availability in the Mop-up Round:
The DME has provided a list detailing the vacant seats in government medical and dental colleges across the state. These seats are available for candidates who have not yet secured admission and are participating in the mop-up round.
