Here we take a look at his very famous in-laws and the eye-watering amount he's made through his work.

Michael's wife Kitty Ward boasts a star-studded family tree, with one relative even gracing the screen in The Tudors.
The comedy legend tied the knot with Kitty in 2003 and they have two sons together, Lucas and Oscar. The family reside in Hampstead.
In his 2010 memoir Life and Laughing, Michael confessed: "Unfortunately my grandma didn't really like it when I got a girlfriend.
"She was trying to break us up, which was funny for a while but then it became quite vicious, an untenable situation."
While Kitty has a career as an aromatherapist, she's also related to some big names in the entertainment industry. Her father is actor Simon Ward, who rose to prominence playing prime minister Winston Churchill in the 1972 film Young Winston, reports the Express.
Simon later starred as Bishop Gardiner in The Tudors alongside Henry Cavill and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. He featured in the TV film adaptation of All Creatures Great and Small in 1975, and made appearances in everything from Heartbeat to An Inspector Calls.
Sadly, Simon passed away at the age of 70 in 2012 and was laid to rest in London's Highgate Cemetery.
Kitty's mother was Alexandra Malcolm, who met Simon while they were studying at RADA. Alexandra is best remembered for her role in an episode of Sunday Night as Jean in 1966.
However, Kitty's sister Sophie Ward, star of Holby City and Heartbeat, is perhaps more well-known. Sophie, who is also a writer, began her acting career at the tender age of 10, starring in everything from Withering Heights to Land Girls.
Sophie tied the knot with Paul Hobson in 1988 and they had two children together. However, in 1996 she came out as a lesbian after starting a relationship with poet Rena Brannan.
She divorced Paul and in 2014, after nine years in a civil partnership, she married Rena.
Michael's net worthMichael was worth £10m in 2024, according to a report in the Express, which put Peter Kay as the highest-paid UK comedian thanks to his massive comeback tour. In 2012, Michael was said to be the highest-grossing stand-up comedian in the world.
Michael McIntyre's 25th Year Stand-Up Special is on BBC One on Saturday, September 20 at 8.30pm
