With less than 100 days to go until Christmas, the most organised among us may already be snapping up advent calendars for their loved ones. And Debenhams has a discounted novelty advent calendar that fans of the Labubu craze will be desperate to get their hands on.
The Leaper Cute Anime Christmas Countdown Calendar, filled with a Labubu-inspired figurine for each day of the festive countdown, is currently on offer with almost 20 per cent off, slashing its price to just £19.99 from £23.99. But as it's in the sale, this calendar is likely to fly off the shelves quickly.
Everyone knows about Labubu - the fluffy monster collectible keyrings that have been causing a sensation worldwide this year. The biggest draw is the 'blind box' feature of the dolls, as buyers don't know what colour or edition of doll they're going to get until they've purchased and opened the package.
This concept becomes even more appealing when incorporated into an advent calendar, where shoppers will be greeted with a new surprise figurine every day of the Christmas countdown.

The product includes 24 blind-box surprises, one for each day leading up to Christmas Eve, and there's even the possibility of discovering ultra-rare figurines, reports the Daily Record.
In addition to its thrilling contents, the 35x45cm calendar can be repurposed as festive wall art once Christmas Eve has passed.
However, with the advent product likely to sell out before December begins, enthusiasts of distinctive Christmas calendars might alternatively choose the National Geographic 2025 Gemstone Advent Calendar on Amazon for £24.99, which provides a fresh and thrilling stone for each day of December counting down to Christmas.
Alternatively, the Swizzels Christmas Advent Calendar remains a favourite amongst confectionery enthusiasts, and it's presently available for £11.99 on Amazon.
However, the majority of shoppers are devoted to Debenhams and their customer service standards, with the retailer boasting outstanding reviews on TrustPilot.
One delighted customer remarked: "It was great to shop here on the Debenhams website.
"When I placed my order it came quickly and all wrapped up in great order. The only problem was the extra delivery charge. The goods were better than I expected."
Another commented: "The parcel arrived on time and was was boxed up wonderfully."
However, one review for the Labubu-inspired calendar proved mixed, with the buyer noting: "Bought this for my 13-year-old granddaughter, but when it came the box was crushed.
"I checked the figures and and they were fine but there are six repeats. Luckily she liked the figures but not worth the money."
Meanwhile, another purchaser expressed greater satisfaction with Debenhams' delivery and product standards, stating: "Fantastic experience, easy to contact, delivered when requested. Actually spoke to delivery company."
