An American woman living in England has shocked foodies after reviewing Greggs. TikTok user @kidsmealprincess often documents her experience tryingBritish restaurants for the first time after moving from the US to the UK. However, Sarah's review of her Greggs visit didn't go as well as fans might have hoped.
In her review, which saw the foodie order from a service station, Sarah told viewers: "Everyone's been telling me to go to Greggs for the very first time and to try their meal deal, but I'm confused guys because this was £5."
She then showed her selection to the camera, having opted for an egg, ham, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich and a drink. She continued: "This was a great sandwich. I love how well presented it is. It's stuffed, it's well prepared, love it, but this is not worth £5. I think they should add at least crisps to this meal, and I think it should include a sausage roll or whatever else they're famous for."

Commenters pointed out that Greggs' lunchtime deal is not usually £5. Many said they could understand Sarah's mixed feelings over her lunch, as they said she should have opted for another pick.
One commenter wrote: "Stick to the amazing sausage rolls / slices. Everyone I know loves greggs none would ever buy a sarnie." Another said: "Try a Steak Bake and a Sausage Roll obviously."
Thankfully, Sarah decided to give Greggs another try, and on her second visit, when she reviewed the 'Greggs staples' that viewers had requested, she had a much better time. The foodie told followers: "I'm an American who tried Greggs for the first time and had a terrible experience because I went to a service station, and I didn't realise it, so I got upcharged.
"So I'm trying again. Also, I wouldn't say I had a terrible experience, my sandwich was incredible, it was just expensive for what it was."
She continued: "I got three things. Two of them were suggestions, the steak bake and the sausage roll, and then I was talking to the employee there, and she said I had to get the chicken bake."
First up, she tried the steak bake, and she got off to a strong start. "That steak bake was incredible, that is a 10 out of 10 pastry already my favourite, and I haven't even tried the rest."
Then Sarah tried the sausage roll, telling viewers it's not something she'd usually order but that she thought it was 'pretty good'. Last but not least, she tried the chicken bake.
Delivering her verdict, the foodie said: "Out of everything that I tried, I am going to give the steak bake a 10 out of 10, that was my absolute favourite." She wasn't so impressed by her mocha, though, telling viewers it was 'not the best.'
