Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Four youths got drowned while trying to save each other in Bebas river of Sanoda in Sagar district on Friday. Their bodies were fished out on Saturday.
The victims have gone to celebrate picnic near the river. Sanodha police said that five friends have gone to Bebas river to enjoy picnic on Friday evening.
One of them ventured into the river and started to get drowned. To save him, the rest three also went inside the river and they too got drowned. The fifth friend survived to tell the tragedy to police.

A search operation was launched on Friday evening itself but night darkness created a lot of hurdle. Hence, search operation was again carried out on Saturday morning.
Rescuers retrieved bodies of all four victims one by one. Sumit and Raj were residents of Moti Nagar police station area of Sagar district while Nikhil was a resident of Richawar.
