Nowadays, people of all ages, young and old, are grappling with lifestyle-related problems. Even serious diseases like cardiac arrest and cancer are occurring at a young age. If we adopt a daily routine based on Ayurvedic principles, we can avoid these risks. Those who grew up in villages still have a relatively better daily routine, lifestyle, and eating habits.

Dr. Pradeep Prajapati, Director of the All India Institute of Ayurveda, explained which habits are causing illness and how we can protect ourselves from them.
Increase Responsibility Towards Children
These days, helicopter parenting has become the norm. Children are placed in air-conditioned rooms, and all the arrangements are made there. People ignore the essentials for their physical and mental development. When a lifestyle becomes poor or chaotic from childhood, problems and illnesses are inevitable. They are drifting away from the Indian lifestyle and traditions. To keep them healthy, we must inculcate good habits from childhood.
Mental health needs to be promoted.
We must educate children that they shouldn't use mobile phones for more than an hour. Such habits are contributing to the rise in autism. Children should be taken out of the house to play outdoors. They learn and experience new things. Similarly, children should be encouraged to eat an Ayush diet. Traditional Indian food is essential for their physical and mental health. If they understand its taste and importance, they will learn to stay healthy. They are eating foods laden with preservatives and chemicals. Only when the diet is pure will health be maintained.
Manage Obesity and Sugar
People with lifestyle-related health problems should definitely look for Ayurvedic solutions. Ayurvedic remedies can help prevent the problem from worsening. Experience over the past 25 years has shown that those who practice health awareness avoid serious problems. These are not diseases, but metabolic disorders. The key to avoiding them is to eat only as much as they can digest. If you develop this ability, you will be protected from problems like obesity and diabetes.
Improve your lifestyle
Try to sleep by 10 pm and wake up before 6 am.
Even if you wake up a little late in the morning, try to do some light exercise, work out, or take a walk.
Make sure to get seven hours of sleep. If we start doing even this much, positive changes will be visible in the body.
If the body does not get enough rest, it will not be able to neutralize oxidants.
